Because every Photo Keepsake is custom-made just for you, production takes 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping then approximately takes an additional 6 to 7 business days (with free delivery on qualifying orders over $50).

Yes. As soon as your custom keepsake is packaged and leaves our shop, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.

Leatherette is a high-grade synthetic material that mimics the look and feel of genuine leather. It is highly durable, water-resistant, and laser-engraves cleanly without cracking or peeling over time.

We use high-quality engraved or printed patches securely attached with very strong American made adhesive.
