Personalized Items
All personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is an error or defect that is our fault. If you receive a personalized item that is incorrect or damaged due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Personalized Items
All other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
